Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Panel Beater to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicle bodywork to its original condition by repairing, replacing, or reshaping damaged panels. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess damage to vehicle panels and determine the best course of repair.
- Remove, repair, or replace damaged panels and parts.
- Use hand tools, welding equipment, and precision machinery to shape and align panels.
- Smooth and finish surfaces to prepare for painting.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
