Summary
At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Irelands most distinctive workplace catering experts, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor.
Location: WC2R 1EA
Rate of pay: £14.10 per hour
Working pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday -shifts between 7.30am to 4.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 5-7 people
- Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
- Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Will have catering, retail and hospitality experience is essential
- Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
- Have experience managing teams in a similar role
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
