⏰ Part-time, fixed hours: 9am–2pm, any 5 out of 7 days OR Flexible shifts available: part-time or full-time between 6am and 4pm
Job Summary
We are looking for reliable, friendly cleaning staff (Scouts) to join our team this summer across various Oxford colleges. This is a great opportunity to work in beautiful historic buildings, meet new people, and keep spaces clean and welcoming for students and guests.
Responsibilities:
Clean student rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Empty bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately
Make beds and prepare rooms for guests
Maintain high cleaning standards and follow daily checklists
Report any maintenance or safety concerns
Support student wellbeing through regular, respectful contact
What we’re looking for:
Positive, can-do attitude
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Flexible and willing to support the team as needed
No previous experience needed – full training provided
