In the Booking Agent role, you will be:

• Handling daily inbound and outbound calls with both existing customers and new enquiries
• Scheduling and managing bookings and coordinating follow-ups across various sites
• Assisting with customer and owner enquiries by phone, online, and in person
• Responding to live enquiries through our website and welcoming walk-in customers

To be successful in the Booking Agent role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-based role
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service
• A confident, proactive approach with a friendly and professional phone manner
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload independently
• Availability to work weekends as part of your regular schedule
• Reliable transport to commute to our Conwy office

This is a permanent, full time position working 5 days per week, including weekends. You’ll have two days off midweek, with flexibility on which days. Standard hours are 9am to 5pm, though we’re open to slight variations depending on the individual.
Base salary starting from £23,500 per year, plus commission scheme, employee discounts, and a supportive, team-focused environment.
