Are you confident, patient and passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We're looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Harborne, supporting KS2 pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs - including ADHD and ASD.
You'll play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, regulate their emotions and develop positive behaviour strategies, all within a nurturing classroom environment.

- Work 1:1 and in small groups with KS2 pupils with behavioural and SEN needs
- Implement individual behaviour plans and promote emotional regulation techniques
- Use a consistent and calm approach to de-escalate challenging situations
- Support teaching staff to create an inclusive and structured learning environment
- Liaise with SENCOs, parents and external agencies where appropriate
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ADHD and ASD
- Confident managing challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive way
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Resilient, calm and committed to helping every child succeed
- School-based or youth support experience is highly desirable
Why Work with Long Term Futures?
