Summary
Ability to carry out the receipt of Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust Out-Patient prescriptions. Be competent in providing advice to the public and in make appropriate recommendations when selling Over the Counter medicines. Understand individual role and responsibilities and know when to refer queries to the dispensary team, Supervisor or Responsible Pharmacist. Understand the principle of Safer care in the dispensary and work within a just culture environment for error reporting and learning from previous incidents.
