Summary
This role will be an integral member of the PSW. The post holder will need to demonstrate: knowledge and experience of working with doctors/dentists/pharmacists in training who have differing needs ability to sensitively manage complexity and uncertainty excellent communication and interpersonal skills and; demonstrate the values of the NHS in all avenues of their work. The post holder will be expected to commit to 1 session on average per week. This will be an agreed and fixed day. This is a varied role that provides the opportunity to work closely with senior educators and the administration team at NHSE.
