Summary
Personal Assistant to support young lady to access the community - 4 hours term time 8 hours school holidays per week, HU7 area.
A Personal Assistant is required for a chatty young lady who has cerebral palsy,
The young lady enjoys going swimming, bowling and cinema, she also likes to go into town where she can look round the shops then go for something nice to eat.
PA would need to support with some personal care and dress tasks with the swimming activity, therefore a female PA is preferable.
When accessing the outside, the young lady will need the aid of her wheelchair
In addition, the PA, should be kind. Patient and build a good companionship based on trust and respect. The hours of work are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
Important Information: There is a genuine occupational requirement for a Female worker, and therefore only applications from Females will be considered*. *Exempt under the Equality Act 2010 (schedule 9, Part 1).
