Job Introduction:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Enhanced Cleaner to join our team at RAF Benson in Wallingford.As an enhanced cleaner with Sodexo, you will play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times. This is an essential role that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
What you’ll do:
- Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks to a high standard
- Ensure all areas of buildings, including offices and living accommodation communal areas, are glistening
- Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand gels
- Respond to reactive clean requests
- Carry out change of occupancy cleans in living accommodation
- Deep, clean buildings
- Flow cleaning to cover holidays
- Specialist tasks such as descaling, machine floor cleaning and machine carpet cleaning
- Be a champion of health and safety practices
What you bring:
A strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Ability to pass enhanced security vetting and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years
Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
A positive and proactive attitude.
