We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Officer to join our busy office team, providing administrative support to the whole school and act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school.

• Have strong organisational skills; be able to prioritise workloads; use their initiative and have a flexible approach to their work.

• Be able to work well as a part of a team and build relationships with both staff and children.

Although this is a full-time position, we may consider requests for part-time hours.

The start date for this position is September 2025, however we could start the post earlier if this was preferable to the person appointed.

A visit to the school is encouraged. Please call the school office on 024 7622 6810 or email recruitment@southfieldsprimary.org to arrange a visit.

We look forward to welcoming you to our school.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.
