About the Role:

• Long-term, full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role earning up to £520 per week

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with experienced teachers to deliver outstanding classroom support. You will be involved in small group work, one-to-one interventions, and in-class assistance across a range of subjects, depending on your strengths and interests. Your role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant will include helping to manage classroom behaviour, support differentiated learning activities, and offer targeted interventions for students who need extra help.

This is a full-time, long-term role beginning in September 2025, with the possibility of an earlier start for the right Graduate Teaching Assistant. This opportunity provides a brilliant foundation for those hoping to go on to a PGCE or teacher training programme.

About You

We’re looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who:

• Holds a 2:1 degree or higher (any subject considered)
• Is passionate about working with young people
• Has strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire
• May have experience in tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching, or classroom support (desirable but not essential)

Experience in tutoring, mentoring, youth work or similar roles would be advantageous but not essential. What matters most is your willingness to contribute and grow as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
