Summary
Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm MIG Fabricator Welder to join a well-established company based in the Birmingham area.
Duties include:
Perform MIG welding on mild steel, ensuring high-quality welds for both straight seams and short runs, adhering to industry standards.
Assemble components accurately and efficiently using hand and power tools to support production processes.
Safely operate overhead cranes (training provided), following all safety protocols to ensure smooth and efficient material handling.
Set up and maintain personal welding equipment, ensuring proper functioning for optimal performance.
Operate industrial machinery (e.g., laser cutting machines, brake press machines, press machines) when required, following operational guidelines and safety procedures.
HOURS
07:30am – 16:30pm (Monday to Thursday)
07:30am – 14:00pm (Friday)
PAY RATE
£13.00ph to £15.00ph
OTHER INFORMATION
· Free Parking
· A drivers license would be beneficial as some on site instillation may be required.
· Progression to other roles.
