HISP Teacher Training (TT) Hub, part of Inspiring Future Teachers (IFT), is seeking an experienced teacher, with knowledge of ITT to be the Programme Lead, working alongside the HISP TT Hub Lead. You'll play a vital role in supporting the Hub Lead with the ongoing review and development of the HISP Teacher Training Hub and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operational activities and delivery of the training programme. You will work as part of Inspiring Future Teachers to ensure high-quality programme delivery and compliance, in line with the DfE ITT Criteria. Your knowledge and support will provide guidance to a team of expert colleagues, including Mentors and Professional Tutors, from partnership schools.

Further details about the role
• To support the HISP TT Hub Lead with the delivery and quality assurance of the IFT curriculum.
• Support the Hub Lead with the quality assurance of the HISP TT provision of mentoring training and support and provide termly face-to-face networking and training to support local context, to ensure standards of practice remain high.
• Work with the Hub Lead to track and monitor the progress of trainees within the IFT programme to secure positive outcomes for trainees.
• Participate in shaping the strategic direction of HISP Teacher Training Hub by contributing to programme development and design through participation and membership of HISP Teacher Training governance boards.
• To work alongside the Hub Lead to promote the IFT offer through local partnerships, to support the IFT recruitment strategy, to the end that that number of trainees per cohort remains strong.
• Work alongside the Hub Administrator to support the selection and interview process in compliance with the DfE ITT Criteria and IFT Recruitment Policy and Process.
