Summary

Are you passionate about education and looking for a flexible role in a school setting? TeacherActive are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and surrounding areas in providing classroom supervision in secondary schools.

The role of a Cover Supervisor

• Manage classrooms in the absence of the teacher

  
  

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans

    
    

    • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment

      
      

      • Support students with their learning and behaviour

        
        

        What We’re Looking For from a Cover Supervisor:

        • Degree level qualification

          
          

          • Strong communication and organisational skills

            
            

            • Confidence in managing a classroom

              
              

              • Experience working with young people

                
                

                • A passion for education and supporting students
