Summary
Facilities Coordinator
Location: Leeds LS9 8AU
Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00
Reporting to: Contract Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to manage and coordinate the delivery of FM services across a busy site. You’ll be overseeing internal teams and suppliers to ensure high standards, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day FM operations (maintenance, cleaning, pest control, etc.)
• Coordinate internal engineers and external partners
• Ensure supplier performance, value for money, and service compliance
• Track and drive down aged WIP, OPOs, and debt
• Support QHSE, H&S compliance, and onboarding processes
• Contribute to small-scale project delivery and site improvements
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office and FM task coordination
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Desirable: CAFM knowledge and basic financial systems
✔ A team player with integrity, drive, and the ability to thrive under pressure
