* Hybrid schedule, with up to two work from home days per week.

About the role:
This role will involve working as an integral member of the Marketing team, creating engaging cross-platform content, marketing
collateral, and developing and maintaining community and promotional initiatives.
You will be:
* Confident, with an outgoing personality
* A good communicator
* A ‘people person’
* Organised with the ability to multitask and manage your time well
* Someone who likes to show initiative
* Someone who enjoys working within a small team
* Confident in your writing and strategic abilities
* Someone who understands branding and tone of voice
Key responsibilities:
* To help enhance, develop and grow our social media platforms and wider strategy.
* Regularly visiting our care homes to support our Lifestyle Coordinators.
* Work with our Lifestyle Coordinators to help them understand marketing best practices.
* Supporting events and community initiatives.
* Assisting with writing and creating content for:
- Social media platforms
- Our quarterly customer magazine
- Marketing collateral and campaigns
Requirements:
* MUST have driving licence and own vehicle as this role will require visits to our 16 care homes.
* This role is subject to a full, enhanced DBS check, in line with Wellburn Care Homes’ safeguarding policy.
