Summary

You will be a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. We're looking for demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those with substance misuse issues. We will provide you with the training and support that you need to develop in your role so whilst experience is preferred it is not essential, please make sure to demonstrate your interest in the position and your transferable skills in your application. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high quality service is maintained. A driving licence is preferred for this role. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders. Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026, and working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with some evening work as required.
