Summary
Main Responsibilities In accordance with service requirements, you will: Complete a holistic assessment of each patient with regards to menopause management and meet any identified needs. Carry out physical measurements, such as blood pressure, weight, height, body mass index (BMI), and waist measurement. Prescribe / initiate hormone replacement products, where appropriate. Request bloods to facilitate further investigations, where appropriate. Refer Patients to the Specialist Menopause Service, where appropriate. Refer patients for additional support, e.g. making a referral to the Personalised Care Team, where appropriate. Inform the patient's registered GP Practice regarding any changes or additions that have been made to their prescription(s).
