Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering
Location: Cambridgeshire (projects across Herts, Beds, Bucks, Northants & Cambs)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + package

ARC is working with a forward-thinking civil engineering contractor to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
With a strong reputation in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, this contractor is known for reliable delivery, quality workmanship, and a people-first approach. As they continue to expand their presence in the region, they are looking to strengthen their commercial capability with an ambitious and detail-focused AQS.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Construction background essential – civil engineering experience highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and good commercial awareness
• Enthusiastic and keen to grow within a dynamic and evolving business
• Relevant construction-related qualifications, such as:
• BSc or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• A degree or diploma in Construction Management (with QS focus)
• Working towards or interested in RICS/CIOB accreditation
