Support customers with contract renewals, upgrades, and general questions
Spot sales opportunities and recommend the best products and services
Create personalised solutions that turn first-time buyers into loyal fans
Meet and exceed sales and service performance metrics
About You:
Experience in customer service/sales is a plus, but not required
Strong communicator who loves people and problem-solving
Comfortable with modern tech and systems
Motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow
