Summary
Starkey&Brown is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Property Valuer to work within its busy office in Lincoln's city centre.
Working within the sales department, the successful candidate will be responsible for visiting properties to conduct market appraisals and give advice, whilst offering great customer service to secure the business.
The successful candidate will be forward-thinking, target-driven, dynamic and a natural business generator with experience in the property industry and excellent knowledge of the local property market.
Applicants must have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure. They must also care for the needs of the customer whilst maintaining a professional and confident manner at all times. A full driving licence and own car is essential.
A competitive salary plus commission and a car allowance will be offered to the successful applicant.
