About the Role:

We’re working with a well-established healthcare provider in Dorset seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to grow their career in a supportive clinical setting, with access to modern facilities and a collaborative environment.



Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy to patients across a range of conditions (MSK focus)
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical governance standards
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies



Essential Requirements:
• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
• HCPC registration (Health & Care Professions Council – mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of post-qualification experience (newly qualified considered with strong placement references)
• Right to work in the UK – sponsorship not available for this role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team



Desirable (Not Essential):
• Experience in musculoskeletal outpatient settings
• CSP Membership (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy)
• Exposure to digital health platforms or telehealth
