Salary: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join a reactive maintenance division, responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient repairs and upgrades to both occupied and unoccupied properties on behalf of a leading social housing provider.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out high quality electrical repairs to the housing stock in accordance with customers requirements working on both occupied and empty homes as the need arises.
- Using a PDA device to complete time sheets work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken.
- Liaising as necessary with other sections/trades to ensure implementation and completion of repairs and maintenance works.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic DBS Check
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
