Summary
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage transformation projects within the NHS or similar sectors. Mobilize new services, partnerships, and growth opportunities. Oversee the development of detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management. Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Therefore, the successful candidate should have experience, ideally leading successful transformation projects within an NHS organization or a similar setting. Who You Are A Project Management graduate (e.g., PRINCE2 or similar certification) A Project Pro: Experience in project delivery and transformation projects within an NHS organisation or similar (essential); Youve also led organizational change initiatives, including the mobilization of new services, partnerships, or growth opportunities (desirable). Note: This is a Group wide role and travel is expected to all services across the Group. Your base will be Bank Top Farm, Black Hill Rd, Otley LS21 1PY, with regular travel to services.
