Summary
Key Responsibilities – South Elmsall RDC
Support the Warehouse Operations Manager with the smooth, efficient and cost-effective running of the warehouse.
Work closely with the South Elmsall Management team to deliver strong results across all warehouse operations.
Take ownership for health and safety during your shift and help build a strong safety-first culture across the site.
Manage shift costs and productivity to help the site meet its budget, including controlling stock loss.
Deliver great service to our customers by keeping service disruptions low and protecting product availability.
Lead continuous improvement across your shift and support a culture of improvement across the warehouse.
Be a positive role model and strong leader – coaching Team Managers, Warehouse Operatives and Clerical colleagues using our Winning Manager behaviours.
