We are seeking a Support Worker to join our vibrant, compassionate team. You’ll be supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities within a day centre service. The role entails supporting individuals with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being
Support Worker: The Role:
• Provide personalised care and emotional support
• Assist with daily activities
• Support individuals with behaviour management strategies
• Work closely with a motivated team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Monday to Friday Shifts, 9:30am to 3:30pm
About You:
• At least 6 months experience working in a supported work environment
• Reliability and flexibility
• A valid driving licence (preferrable)
• Valid training certificates
• Enhanced DBS (registered online)
