Summary
The Operations Centre currently manage services for multiple customers providing support for numerous technologies. The engineering shift teams are made up of high performing individuals who are both friendly and customer focused.
Your experience
• Experience in supporting end users with technical queries relating to several products/systems (e.g. Microsoft products, operating systems, networks, applications, PCS).
• Understanding of the customers’ environment and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of the service.
• Ability to follow established processes/systems. Documenting actions taken to resolve enquiries.
• You take ownership for listening to and understanding the customer’s problem.
• Escalates issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectations/Service Level Agreements.
• Accountability for learning about current products/systems to build own technical knowledge to support business requirements.
