Summary
KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Warrington.
As a Warehouse Operative your working hours and days are:
• Monday- Friday
• Monday- Thursday 08:00- 17:00
• Friday 08:00- 15:00
The rate of pay as a Warehouse Operative is:
• £12.21- £13.14 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative are:
• Picking or locating specialist products for customers’ requirements
• They would need to be proficient in DIY and have a clean driving licence
• Packaging and arranging dispatch across the UK and abroad using various external couriers
• Load and unload heavy or difficult items
• Sometimes deliver goods personally across the UK (occasionally may require overnight stay)
• Measure and cut curtain rails
• Receive and dispatch orders on Profit4 system
• Stock take and stock adjustments on Profit4 system
• Coordinating with the sales team to manage timely dispatch of goods, and that transport jobs/call offs are organised efficiently and effectively
• Helping to manage stock control
• Raise Purchase Orders for stock and incidental items using Profit4 system
• Check quality of goods received
• Communicate to suppliers, couriers, and overseas customers using Microsoft Outlook
• Produce Commercial Invoices
• Help to organize display boards in the Display Vehicle and office Showroom
The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Operative would need:
• Previous Warehouse Operative experience
• Ability to work well individually or a team envrionment
• Good time keeping skills
• PPE- Safety Boots and Hi-Vis
