Salary: £28,500 - £40,000 (DOE)+productivity bonus available

An exciting opportunity has arisen for qualified Arborists to join a well-established company providing arboricultural services across Surrey and the surrounding areas. We are looking for skilled professionals to become part of a dynamic team, delivering high-quality tree care for a range of clients, including local authorities, housing associations, and commercial businesses.

The Role:

As an Arborist, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tree-related tasks, including pruning, dismantling, felling, and general tree maintenance. You will work alongside a dedicated team using industry-leading equipment such as timberwolf chippers, Husqvarna and Stihl handheld tools (including battery equivalents), Mobile Elevated Platforms, and specialist arb vehicles.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with regular paid overtime opportunities available.

About You:

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals with a passion for arboriculture. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong team-working ethic and a commitment to high standards
  • Proven experience in all aspects of tree work (both ground and aerial)
  • A positive attitude towards Health & Safety regulations
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as:
  • NPTC certificates: 201 (CS30), 202 (CS31), 206/306 (CS38), 308 (CS39)
  • A valid CSCS card (desirable)
  • A full UK driving licence (preferably with trailer towing up to 3,500kg)
