Summary
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced General Foreman to strengthen their delivery team.

General Foreman role:
• You will report directly to the Site Manager, supporting them in coordinating the safe management of a work section on major projects or overseeing all site activities on smaller projects, ensuring HSQE, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
General Foreman responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to coordinate and oversee the initial site setup, actively implementing framework systems and procedures.
• Consistently apply and enforce methods and controls to ensure optimal and ongoing utilization of the framework’s resources.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to assess the security risks to all property under your control and implement security measures appropriate to their respective values.
• Proactively assist the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards as mandated by law and in alignment with our safety policies.
• Adhere to method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to all HS&E policies and procedures.
General Foreman requirements:
• ONC or HNC in a construction discipline
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• First Aid
• Preferably confine space trained
• Experience within the water treatment industry (non-infrastructure)
