TAURUS ENGINEERING is a long-established sheet metal fabrication company based in Lancing, West Sussex. As part of the William Mitchell Calligraphy Group, the company has seen steady growth and continues to look at future investment in people and equipment to continue our strong history of quality manufactured metal fabrications and customer service.
We are currently looking for a General Workshop operative to join Taurus, starting ASAP.
Job Outline: To work in our busy fabricating workshop carrying out all work to route cards and customer drawings. This will be using (but not limited to) Haeger bush/stud machines, Weld cleaning, assembly work and general assistance in the workshop. This may include helping within our powder coating paint shop. Must be a team player.
• Full training to be provided as necessary.
• Day shifts of 40 hrs per week. Mon-Thu 07:30 to 16:30, Fri 07:30 to 13:30 (extra hrs available depending on company production)
• 200 hrs holiday entitlement per annum, plus bank holidays
• Group Pension Scheme
