Are you looking for a new challenge?
We’re currently looking for a QC Technician to join the Romix team,
Functional Title: QC Technician
Location: Leigh
Working Hours - 10.00am to 18.00pm moving to 14.00pm to 22.00pm over the next few months
Salary: Competitive rates of pay, exceeds national minimum wage but flexibility is Key and Overtime when required.
As a Qc technician you will enforce and follow all technical procedures, be responsible for own Health and Safety, assist the company with producing safe, legal, and quality products with 100% attainment to plan.
To be successful in this role you’ll have an excellent eye for detail, strong communication skills. The Ability to work on own initiative, a strong work ethic and a pro-active approach to everything you do.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Knowledge of relevant UK and EU legislation.
• Knowledge and understanding of GMP procedures.
• Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
• Working knowledge of computers: Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and company’s ERP system. Able to develop knowledge and personal expertise and proficiency in computerised system usage.
• Ability to maintain open working relationships with colleagues and to work well as a team member. Courtesy and tactfulness. Interfacing skills. Work efficiently under pressure. Organisation/analytical skills. Independent work skills.
