Summary
Providing specialist Occupational Therapy interventions. Completing OT specific assessments in the community to support individuals in the community. Having a impactful contribution toward the MDT including attend MDT meeting and Case Reviews and formulations. Developing and co-ordinating groups and sessions for the patients within Wellingborough Area and at Isebrook Hospital. Potentially Managing a case load who need specific OT interventions.
