Summary
Lickey Kitchen is looking for a skilled and flexible Cook to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with previous food and kitchen experience who enjoys a varied schedule. The successful candidate will start with one day a week and, as they gain confidence with our menu, may work 1-2 days regularly. Availability to cover occasional extra days for holiday or sickness cover (up to 3 days a week) is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our menu, ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Work independently and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Essential: Experience in a kitchen or food environment (applicants without experience will not be considered).
• Ability to operate a grill confidently.
• Flexible schedule, as hours/days will vary.
• Typical workday is up to 6 hours.
