Overview:
We are looking for full-time professional and reliable Door Supervisors to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the security of various venues, managing access control, and maintaining order.
A large part of this role involves working at a variety of events, including concerts, festivals, and sporting occasions. This means the job is often fast-paced, physically demanding, and requires flexibility with hours and locations. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, adaptable, and capable of maintaining high standards in dynamic environments.
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must also be willing to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Control access at venue entrances and exits, including checking identification.
Enforce venue policies, such as dress codes and age restrictions.
Monitor crowd behavior to prevent disturbances.
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents.
Collaborate with emergency services when needed.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure venue safety.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
Requirements:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor License.
Full-time availability – part-time applications will not be considered.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to work at a range of events and venues.
Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
