Summary

PEOPLE EXPERIENCE PROJECTS LEAD| HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous People Experience Projects Lead to join our People Experience team and play a key role in delivering people experience projects across The Perfume Shop, focused on EVP, employee listening, engagement, wellbeing and DEI.

You’ll work closely with the Head of People Experience, taking the lead role in evolving The Perfume Shop’s employer brand and recommending how this is positively promoted via multiple channels and within the business

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Consider how our EVP and employer brand social media can be communicated effectively working with Internal Communications and Talent Acquisition & Social Media Advisor.

· Design an effective employee listening strategy, including regular surveys, listening groups, candidate experience, exit data to understand sentiment on experience from employees and making recommendations to People Partners on how to improve experience to support higher attraction, retention and productivity using the sentiment.

· Delivering key activities as part of The Perfume Shop’s DEI strategy working across TPS departments and ASW Group.

· Using the Wellbeing strategy to plan wellbeing activities and awareness across the year that support employee mental, physical and social wellbeing and monitoring impact through data, ensuring that our partnership with Retail Trust is centre stage.

· Innovate by looking for ways to ensure The Perfume Shop’s employer value proposition is up to date and competitive in the market to attract talent into the business

· Establish good working relationships with the wider AS Watson teams to ensure that broader expertise and working practices are accessed with particular reference to employer branding, wellbeing, DEI and engagement, and showcasing TPS’s best practices across these areas

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· Experience of being part of DEI & Wellbeing activities, in a similar role.

· Understanding of employee engagement theory and how to apply practical solutions to improve engagement.

· Able to plan projects effectively, engaging with key stakeholders to work through priorities, identifying inter-dependencies across the P&D team and wider business and ensuring regular communication of progress.

· You’re curious & interested to use data and anecdotal evidence to understand how things currently work, and how they could be improved.

· Retail experience is preferable but not essential
