Fixed term (19th May – 14th September 2025)
One role is full time (35 hours per week), one role is part time (28 hours per week), on a 5 over 7 basis

The Business Development team are looking for experienced Summer Reception Supervisor who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent standards of customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customer-experience focused individuals to join Accommodation, Catering and Events as a Summer Reception Supervisor to lead our teams to deliver a high, consistent standard of customer service.
The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however, flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide high-levels of customer service. This will involve dealing with in-person enquiries as well as handling any possible conflicts and complaints.
