About the Role
We are looking to recruit pro-active and energetic Support Workers to join our fantastic specialist supported living service for adults with challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
Implementing behaviour management strategies in accordance with CPI/MAPA training.
Providing emotional support and companionship to service users.
Administering medication as prescribed and ensuring adherence to care plans.
Creating a safe, caring environment tailored to individual needs.
Supporting social activities and engagement in the community.
Requirements
Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A full, clean driver’s licence (desirable).
Valid CPI/MAPA training certificate (desirable).
