This Trust-wide role offers the chance to work with diverse services and clinicians, supporting clinical audit and service evaluation across the organisation. You will play a key role in improving clinical standards across the WLT by evaluating the quality, effectiveness, and safety of patient care. This role suits someone with strong analytical and organisational skills.
WhatYou’llDo
You’lloversee audit activity across the Trust, supporting clinical teams toidentifykey audit areas, track progress, and ensure findings are used to enhance patient care. Maintaining oversight of audit plans and outcomes, you will help encourage a culture of continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
You willmonitornew NICE guidance, ensuring relevant teams are informed of changes that mayimpactclinical practice.You’llalsobe responsible formaintainingthe clinical audit database, registering clinical audits and service evaluations, and preparing summary reports for local audit groups.
