Due to an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week (with reduced hours considered).

The Role
As a Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator, you will support our Quality department in maintaining and developing our quality management systems.
Specifically, you will schedule and assist in the delivery of internal audits and business improvement reviews, supporting ISO 9001 compliance through accurate record keeping and process monitoring.
You will also contribute to regulatory compliance by preparing and analysing data, producing reports, and providing administrative support across various quality assurance activities.
Additionally, you will:
- Support the corrective action process and ensure timely closures
- Administer appeals and malpractice case support
- Investigate accidents and incidents
About You
To be considered as a Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience operating quality assurance systems and processes
- Experience processing information and analysing data to produce accurate reports
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A high level of secondary education (A Levels, BTEC, NVQ)
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
