Summary

We are looking to recruit a team of reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the Oxfordshire area. This is a great opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking for flexible work and classroom experience. Beginning ASAP.
Duties as a Cover Supervisor:
Delivering pre-prepared lesson content across a range of subjects
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring school policies are followed
Supporting students in staying on task and engaging with the lesson
Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day
Acting as a positive role model within the school community
Ideal Cover Supervisor:
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are confident working with secondary-aged pupils (11–16)
Can manage behaviour in a calm, consistent manner
Are adaptable, professional and dependable
Have previous experience in schools or working with young people as a Cover Supervisor
