The Governors, staff and children are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader with a clear vision to build on the current successes of Newton Primary School. The school was judged to be ‘Good’ in March 2023 and we are now looking for a new leader who can support the school on its journey to be ‘Outstanding.’
Newton Primary School is full of happy, well behaved children. The school, which has an increasing roll, has a calm and purposeful feel to it and is well supported by the community. Newton Primary is part of a strong school cluster who share expertise in a collaborative and supportive way.
The successful candidate will:
• Be committed to high standards and expectations for all.
• Further develop a culture where everyone’s contribution is valued and individuals are encouraged to succeed.
• Be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships within the school and its wider community.
• Have strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
