Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations.
2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
3. Develop and implement training programs to onboard new team members and enhance the skills of existing staff.
4. Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues, resolving complex problems with a customer-focused approach.
5. Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement.
6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
7. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting motivation, teamwork, and professional growth.
8. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer service operations.
9. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation in customer service strategies.
10. Communicate regularly with upper management, providing updates on team performance, challenges, and potential improvements.
