As we prepare for a busy spring and a busier summer, we are looking to strengthen our Kitchen Brigade and are looking for a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our highly successful team. Intent and passionate to create an unforgettable experience for our diners, we are looking for a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to assist in creating mouth-watering experiences. In this hands-on role, you will support the Head Pastry Chef and have the opportunity to make your mark!
You will have worked in a similar role and aspire to grow your career in pastry. Working with fresh products, you will be able to demonstrate a connection with the food you produce. Inspired to seek continuous improvements in the dishes you create, you’ll demonstrate a positive relentless ambition to be at your best every day, whether that be creating and serving our Afternoon Tea, the desserts in 116, or the perfect welcome to our guests through our individual and bespoke amenities.
You’ll have experience in a high-volume but exceptionally high-standard environment and have strong organisational skills. You’ll love to learn and develop your skills, and be able to communicate well at all levels. It gets busy, so you’ll need to be extremely organised but calm under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional standards - you’ll be a role model for the team you work with!
