Our client is a newbuild housing developer who are looking for an experienced housing Assistant Site Manager to join their site team for a period of 3 months, where you will be working under the Site Manager, overseeing the snagging of final fix plots.

- Snagging
- Coordinating labour teams
- Customer facing
- Maintaining H&S on site
What you'll have:
- Housing experience is essential
- Management experience is essential
- CSCS and SMSTS are a must-have
- Live locally in the Cheshire area
