Norcot Early Years Centre based in Tilehurst is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Early Years staff both qualified (Early Years Practitioners) and unqualified to join the dedicated team.
Salary:
Unqualified staff - £12.60 per hour
Qualified staff - £12.85 per hour
The shifts are offered on a flexible, as-needed basis to cover staff absences due to training, annual leave, or other circumstances. You may be contacted on short notice for same-day cover or scheduled up to two weeks in advance, depending on staffing needs.
The Norcot Early Years Centre is open 8.00am to 6.00pm.

You will:
• Have experience of working with nursery aged children or hold a NVQ Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare and Education.
• Have children’s best interests at heart and be part of seeing them progress.
• Be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
• Have a flexible approach to work with a warm and caring attitude.
• Be willing to undertake training specific to the role.
