Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential care home.

Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintain high standards of care.

Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support.

Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care practices.

Engage with children and young people to promote their well-being and development.

Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability.

Build and maintain positive relationships with families, stakeholders, and external agencies.

Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff.

Act as the primary point of contact for OFSTED inspections and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Managerial qualification for children's residential services.

Experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting.

Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and compliance requirements.
