Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, payroll processing, and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Assist with HR policies, employee benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
• Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate training sessions, performance appraisals, and engagement activities.
• Assist in drafting HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
