An exciting opportunity awaits at our warm and welcoming nursery in Lingfield! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility, with part-time options available for those who prefer to work 1-4 days per week, based on personal preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences for children in alignment with the EYFS framework.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing daily updates on their child's progress and activities.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Foster children's development through engaging, creative, and educational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and milestones.
- Collaborate with team members to create and sustain a positive nursery environment.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NNEB) (required).
- NVQ Level 2 applicants will be considered, especially those with experience caring for babies or toddlers.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursery or childcare setting (required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum.
- Experience using online learning journals (beneficial but not essential).
Working Hours:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break).
- Part-time: Flexible schedule, with the option to work 1-4 days per week.
