Here at The HICA Group, we’re searching for a new receptionist to join our team at Buckshaw Retirement Village!
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours:
Pay - £12.44 per hour
Hours - 15 hrs per week
The role:
As a receptionist, you will project a professional image that encourages public trust and confidence that contributes to the company image. Duties include -
Handling telephone enquiries internally & externally
Handling all incoming & outgoing mail (including collections & deliveries)
Undertaking any other duties that will help create and maintain an effectively run establishment
About you:
The ideal candidate will have the following -
Ability to work in a team
Ability to use initiative
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
Previous experience of reception duties
Timekeeping skills
